An Easy sheet with a friendly stegosaurus with big back plates, a palm tree and a rock: numbers 1 to 5, 5 colors and big spaces. The same picture comes in Easy, Medium and Hard, so a whole class can color the same picture at their own level. Page 2 of the PDF is the full-color answer key.

How to use it

1. Read the color key together: each number has one color.
2. Color every space with a 1, then every 2, and so on.
3. Check the finished picture against the answer key (page 2 of the PDF).

Easier: Color one space of each number as an example first.
Harder: Cover the color names in the key so your child reads the swatch.

Tip: Find all the 2s on the back plates; there are a lot of them!
