How to use it

1. Solve the subtraction in a space; the answer is a number in the key.
2. Color the space with that number's color.
3. Check against the answer key (page 2 of the PDF).

Easier: Count back on a number line, or take away counters.
Harder: Say the matching addition fact for each one (13-5=8, so 8+5=13).

Tip: Look for the subtraction facts with the same answer on the petals.
