Number 12 Tracing Worksheet
Trace the number 12 (twelve) with stroke-order arrows and a green start dot (the 1 is one stroke straight down; the 2 is curve over, slide down, then across). Then trace the word "twelve", color 12 boxes in the ten frames, count 12 fishs, and practise in three rows: solid, dotted, then on your own.
Level: Numbers 11-20 · Kindergarten · Skill: Writing 12
How to use it
- Trace the big number with a finger first: start at the green dot, follow the arrows.
- Trace the gray numbers, then the dotted ones, then write it alone from the green dots.
- Color the ten frame boxes and count the pictures to match the number.
Easier: Use a highlighter over the big gray number before using a pencil.
Harder: Cover the arrows and ask your child to tell you the stroke order out loud.
Tip: Twelve is ten and two: count the full ten frame, then 11, 12.
