Number 3 Tracing Worksheet
Trace the number 3 (three) with stroke-order arrows and a green start dot (one stroke: around, back to the middle, then around again). Then trace the word "three", color 3 boxes in the ten frame, count 3 balls, and practise in three rows: solid, dotted, then on your own.
Level: Numbers 0-10 · PreK-K · Skill: Writing 3
How to use it
- Trace the big number with a finger first: start at the green dot, follow the arrows.
- Trace the gray numbers, then the dotted ones, then write it alone from the green dots.
- Color the ten frame boxes and count the pictures to match the number.
Easier: Use a highlighter over the big gray number before using a pencil.
Harder: Cover the arrows and ask your child to tell you the stroke order out loud.
Tip: 3 is easy to reverse. Both bumps face the right, like two hills lying down.
